First Impressions
"What! Already?" was our reaction when we first heard about the Z3. Barely six months after the Z2, Sony went ahead and took the wraps off the newest flagship. While it's not apparent at first glance, the Z3 actually features scores of improvements - the kind that you won't get to know about simply by looking at the spec sheet.
The first thing that hits you when you see the Z3 is the more pleasing shape. The corners and edges are now rounded (convex) instead of the harder, sharper (slightly concave) designs on the previous models. Pick it up and it instantly feels lighter - the kind of feeling you get when you hold a phone without a battery. However the battery is there of course - it's not removable. Everything is one piece and you still get a couple of flaps (one on each side) - one for the micro USB port and anot ..
